What’s Included
This program covers small to medium cosmetic repairs that are non-structural in nature.
Brick Repair
Flagstone Repair
Re-leveling or replacing cracked flagstones on walkways and porches.
Tuckpointing
Parging
What’s Not Included
Structural Repairs
Load-bearing walls or deep structural compromises require senior masons.
Complex Rebuilds
Chimneys, lintel replacements, or full wall rebuilds are excluded.
High-Rise Buildings
We do not service apartments or commercial high-rises under this program.
Important Limitations
- Maximum working height: 1 storey (ground level work).
- No complex scaffolding, lifts, or roof access required.
- Surrounding masonry must be stable to ensure safety.
